Drive-In Pallet Racks

Features:
1) This system provides very high density storage
2) Ideal for warehouses storing large quantity but limited variety of products
3) Increases warehouse utilization rate by as much as 80% compared 
    to conventional selective pallet rack
4) Each aisles is dedicated to a single type of product
5) Pallet flow follows last-in-first-out (LIFO) sequence
6) Disadvantage: no direct access to most of the pallets

System configurations:
1) Made of continuous rows of upright frames interconnected by spacers
2) Forklift trucks drive along each aisles (lane) to store or retrieve pallets
3) Each aisle consists of several levels of pallet support rail
4) Pallets are placed on the pallet support rail one after another along the aisles
5) Top and back bracings are used to stabilize system structure
6) All components are epoxy powder coated except the galvanized footplates
7) Standard colors: upright in blue RAL5015, beam in orange RAL2004
8) Accessories include shim, upright protector, forklift guide rail
